ABOUT CHEF Amira-Marie
Chef Amira-Marie is a creative, client-focused private chef specializing in coastal California influenced global cuisine. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, she was the only member of her class recruited by the 5-Star, 5-Diamond Mandarin Oriental Boston, where she began her career in fine dining. At just 20 years old, she launched her first UHNW private chef engagement on Martha’s Vineyard.
Wanting to expand the people-focused skills essential for private chef work, Amira transitioned into food-related tech, where she taught herself to code and managed six-to-seven-figure projects- while continuing her culinary work, catering small events for clients, delivering meal prep, and hosting tasting events.
She later returned full-time to the kitchen, culminating to achieving the role of Executive Chef at a mountainside mindfulness retreat center, where she redesigned the entire culinary program, up-skilled staff, and deepened guest connections. This was a uniquely fulfilling chapter that further honed skills useful for her permanent return to private chef work.
Since then, Amira has continued to dutifully deliver remarkable meals for UHNW, high-profile and discerning clients across the U.S. She has served as a guest chef judge for the U.S. Marines quarterly culinary competition and is a frequent speaker on culinary arts, equity, and mental health. She brings warmth, adaptability, and thoughtful perspective to every table she serves.
