ABOUT CHEF Amira-Marie

My culinary journey began humbly—at 17, I donned my first red-and-white uniform at In-N-Out Burger, eager to learn and immerse myself in the art of cooking. Since then, I’ve cultivated over a decade of hands-on experience, evolving from those early days into a seasoned chef trusted by high-profile clients and elite establishments alike.

During my studies at Johnson & Wales University, I worked in a range of demanding culinary environments and was ultimately the only graduate in my class selected by the prestigious Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Boston—a Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond property. There, I crafted meals for NBA teams, national diplomats, and other discerning guests, and even had the honor of working alongside Chef Daniel Boulud at Bar Boulud.

My first private chef engagement came at just 20 years old, cooking for esteemed White House attorney Christine Varney on Martha’s Vineyard. Since then, I’ve remained deeply committed to curating exceptional, personalized dining experiences—whether for intimate gatherings or large-scale events.

Currently, I serve as the Executive Chef at a wellness-focused meditation retreat center while maintaining a select roster of private clients. My approach blends technical precision with soulful creativity, shaped by a deep respect for both global flavors and my clients’ unique preferences.

If you’re seeking a chef who brings professionalism, discretion, and a refined touch to every meal—I’d be honored to serve.
